NanoScanTechnology Devices Compatibility
Nano Scan Technology Ltd instruments fully support modernization from entry-level to the top-of-the-line
and vice versa. All devices are controlled by a unique universal controller EG-3000TM
and software NSpecTM.
Scanning probe microscope CERTUS LIGHTTM can be upgraded to CERTUS
STANDARDTM. To do this, replace two manual side screws with controlled stepper motors actuators, set the video
microscope and a positioning table for the sample. Thus, the system is implemented plane-parallel approach of the probe to the sample,
video surveillance of the object of study and precise positioning.
SPM CERTUS STANDARDTM supports CERTUS (CERTUS LIGHT or CERTUS STANDARD), scanning stage
RATISTM and the sample positioner. This gives you a possibility to investigate the object
of research by traditional methods of optical microscopy and scanning probe microscopy simultaneously. In the same time each individual
instrument of this complex setup retains full functionality and can be used as a standalone device.
CERTUS OPTICTM can be upgraded into a scanning probe optical microspectrometer
CENTAURTM by addition of confocal unit, lasers and otical detectors. Upgrading to
this version allows obtain topography images combined with spectra and other
optical properties at each point of the scan.
