The PUSK is unique coating machine with
two separated vacuum chambers! It is
intended for hard, wear-resistive, decorative and others metal (Ti, Mo, W, Zr, TiAl,
TiZr and others) and dielectric (oxides, nitrides, etc.) coatings deposition by arc
evaporation. When you run the coating process in the left vacuum chamber, the right
one may be opened for parts loading/unloading, and vice-versa. The coating process
runs at 350o - 500oC. Using the Gas Discharge Plasma Source GPS (option) allows to
reduce temperature to 250oC. With GPS you can also provide the parts nitriding to
the depth 20-30 mcm for 15 - 30 min. The part roughness increases no more than up
to 0.05 mcm.
The glow dicharge cleaning system provides parts pre-cleaning in gas plasma and by
metal ions.
The PUSK machine may be supplied with special devices
for DLC coatings deposition.
The manufacturer may upgrade the PUSK machine to satisfy your special specs.
